Hypnotherapy has many benefits.
 
For the most part, our lives are a series of habits and old programming. Perhaps every time you make a coffee you automatically reach for a cigarette or a biscuit. Sometimes it can feel as though we are slaves to our habits, but through hypnotherapy you can discover that you   have the power and ability to break undesirable habits and create new ones that will lead you to the life you most want. There are three main ways you can change your life:

Most people respond very easily to hypnosis and many people have found hypnotherapy to be an effective way of dealing with problems, which other treatments have not successfully eradicated.
Compared with traditional therapeutic modalities, results of a relatively brief series of hypnotherapy sessions are often faster and more effective and long lasting.
By looking at the mind-body connection it becomes possible to understand how our thinking patterns can influence the way the body works and through hypnotherapy clients can discover how to eliminate distressing symptoms such as racing heart, churning stomach and sweaty palms.
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind. It enables the therapist to help the client to change programming or conditioning from childhood, thereby bringing about a rapid and permanent change.
 
Hypnotherapy can be used to help a client change their life by instilling confidence, peace of mind and a renewed sense of direction. Clients can learn how to eliminate habitual automatic negative thinking. Clients can be shown how to tame the internal critic or slave driver!

Each session lasts approximately an hour and payment can be made via cash or cheque at the end of the appointment.

Please note hypnotherapy is not a substitute for orthodox medical care for physical problems, although it can help with many conditions. Please consult your GP before undertaking a course of Hypnotherapy in case medical treatment is also necessary.
